There's no obvious problems with your report - what are you experiencing??

There's no way to tell anything after you reformat!

That is what I feared, I had my win 7 suddenly go black on the desktop and a “this build 7601 not genuine”. I was not able to access internet, run MGADiag and most other apps that were of any value in trying to correct the problem. I know the Windows 7 upgrade was a good/genuine version, I’m guessing it was due to upgrading a fresh install on an Acer mach. that came installed w/XP… your thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanx, Mark

There's no reason for your symptoms except file or registry corruption - possibly caused either by use of registry 'cleaners' or by malware, or by faulty hardware.
