Win 7 ultimate 64 bit download

Hi i dont know if i should ask this in here but i am looking at a good iso win 7 home premium or ultimate 64 bits do download then bur it on dvr or cd then install it .
I did try a few but not one of want to boot .
So i am doing some wrong with my download or burning on the cd .the last when i try to install i had a popup asking to install the driver .what is this .
On of my cd was good but not bootable.so if i keep going like i will run out of cd .

For starters, you need to burn the OS .iso to a DVD. A CD is too small. Then you need a valid product key to use the OS. Good downloads are available from here: Official Windows 7 SP1 ISO from Digital River « My Digital Life

Ok now i did install win7 ultimate 32 bits on the drive yesterday .but i did not install any of the window update so cant i use the computer to download the iso file..
You see i did not know the cd was a 32 bits .this why i need to the 64 bit .last nite i try to download one but it show over 7 hrs to download so i cancel it .is this normal [7 hrs]on one of my computer with a sdd drive only take about 1 .45 minutes .
But this computer is a normal drive [500]7200.

i gave up with it .
i did install win 7 32 bits that be good for now .
it is not my main computer any way.
so now i have vista and win7 on it .
