Still have Update files

Everything seems okay but I still have all the update files and it looks like some have now become triple. How can Iget rid of them and only keep 1 copy. I looked it my control panel and they aren't listed. Enclosed both Control Panel and updates

Uninstall all IOBit software
Uninstall Advanced System Care
Uninstall PC CLeaners
Uninstall RegCure Pro

Then you *may* have a chance at a stable system - particularly if you install a decent anti-virus.
