Solved. run win 7 from dvd by potitioning cd drive and disable hard drives.(done under F2 then boot seq.) run it. when it gets to the drive potitions during the load (system needs to be highlighted) Then select advanced and format will show up. format it and continue. At first restart push F2 and go to boot seq and change it back to normal. Then run everything as normal.
Ps format is required cause 64 bit can not run with 32bit. This is also why it must be done from DVD.
