To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool
(download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
- **in your own thread**, please

Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!

RemoveWAT has been used to make this system pass activation/validation requirements - and the WAT update has discovered it.

Best way to fix it now (since we don't know which version of RemoveWAT was used) is to run WATFix....

Download WATFix - make sure that you UNTICK the box for the 'download manager, and click on the link on the left of the page, not the big shiny button on the right (which is an ad for the download manager!!) - and use that - extraxt the .exe file, and run it, then reboot.

Post back with another MGADiag report, and we'll then see what we can do.

That site is for validation, not activation - you are already apparently activated.
You must use Internet Explorer 32-bit for validation - Firefox barfs on it, and the Activex controls won't work in 64-bit IE. (and chrome changes its mind at every iteration)
See what happens if you visit the diagnostics page at www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate - follow any advice it may give.
