Windows 7: cant start windows 7 update

first of all i newbie here, if mine thread already exist please forgive me.i really need help.i already added windows update windows 7 reg key still havent see windows update in the services.exe and couldnt start it! im having blue screen death also.please tell me the easiest way to restore back all the services.by the way i deleted all restore point too

Open Windows Update
Click on Change Settings
Select 'Never Update...'
Click OK
exit Windows Update
Now open Windows update again
Click on Change Settings
Select 'Update automatically'
Click OK
exit Windows Update
Open Windows Update, and do a manual Check for Updates.

i tried that too but that doesnt fix my problem .luckily i found microsoft fixit so i fix the problem already
