| | Hello Everen1, Please download the attached file, wcp.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Extract the zip file here, you should see one file wcp.dll. Copy and paste this file into the following folder: C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-servicingstack_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.17514_none_0b66cb34258c936f\ Let me know if there's a file in there. Then I would like you to set the permissions on this file to TrustedInstaller by following this tutorial: TrustedInstaller - Restore as Owner - Vista Forums I know it's a tutorial for Vista, but it still applies to Windows 7.
