Another Windows Not Genuine thread Error 0x8004fe21

I have read read multiple threads over the past two months since I started having this issue. None of the fixes I have seen worked, so I finally decided to use this forum. I have owned this computer since 2010 with no issues until September of this year.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please run the following commands, and post the results.

    REG QUERY HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\spldr /S
    REG QUERY HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\LEGACY_SPLDR /S

    REG QUERY HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\Legacy_SLSVC
    REG QUERY HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\Legacy_SPPSVC

    They may show something

Here are some instructions to make life easier :)
    1) To open an Elevated Command Prompt Window (the ECP window), click on Start, All Programs, Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt.
    2) To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on the highlight – select Copy. In the CP Window, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once.
    3) To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit... 'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.

    Open Device Manager
Click on View > Show Hidden Devices
Look in the 'Non Plug and Play drivers'section for
    Security Processor Loader Driver
    Double-click on it
In the Properties window, click on Driver.
    Change 'Type' to 'Boot'
    Click Start
If you get an error message, close all ad report back with the exact error message - otherwise reboot. and run another MGADiag report.

    post the results.

It isn't enabled, when I try to enable it it says
    Code:
Windows was not able to enable this device.
    Code:
This device is disabled. (Code 22)

Click Enable Device to enable this device.
and the 'type' was already set to boot. I did click start and received the following message:
    Code:
The system encountered the following error while attempting to start the service

The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled, or because it has no enabled devices associated to it.
I have some screenshots below. I will now reboot and run MGADiag and report those results.

Ahah! - we have lift-off in terms of the Software Protection servoce - I take it you pressed the Enable button?
    The new report looks fine....

The UAC I get at startup is:

    Code:
    Program Name: Net Command
    Verified Publisher: Microsoft Windows
          Program location: "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\net.exe strt IMFservice
The publishers cert says this under the general tab:

    Code:
    Purpose: Windows Hardware Driver Verification
    Issued to: Microsoft Windows
Issued by: Microsoft Windows Verification PCA
    Valid from: 10/22/2008-1/22/2010
Not sure how to post the MSINFO32 report... Mine is over 5mb and super long... txt file is over 4mb!

The error relates to IOBit software.
If it's still installed, uninstall it immediately - it will break your OS! (Uninstall ALL IOBit software - most of it is cheap back-engineered ripoffs, or phony registry tweaks)
