(I'll let you into a secret - neither do I!- but don't tell anyone :) )
First, check and see if it has already been installed, by looking in the Installed Updates list. If it has, then try uninstalling it - what happens?
I looked so hard at update list I started to squint, but I didn't see KB2667402 on the list what now?
wait I found it I will try to uninstall it :) see what happends hopefuly not a nuclear reaction
I hot a message that there was an error and all the updtates couldn't be successfully removed
I tried to uninstall it but I got a message that there was an error and all the updates couldn't be succesfully removed and it didn't remove the KB 2667402 update...
Please run the CheckSUR tool again - I'd like to check something.
post both the CheckSUR.log and the CheckSUR.persist.log files.

- and which means that I gave you the wrong file
Trouble is that I cannot find proper source for the right file, so I'm going to have to take it off my 64-bit machine and hope/pray it works :)
I've uploaded a file - outkast2.zip - to my SkyDrive at https://skydrive.live.com/#cid=936736BB8FCEB92F&id=936736BB8FCEB92F%21526
Please download and save it.
Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all...
Change the target to C:\ and click on Extract
This should create a folder C:\outcast2
Close all windows (it would be a good idea to print these instructions!)
Now reboot to the Repair Environment - as soon as the machine restarts, start tapping F8 - this should bring up the Advanced Boot Menu, at the top of which should be the option 'Repair my Computer'
Pick that
You'll have to log in with your username and password.
Pick the option to use a Command Prompt
At the prompt type
DIR C:\outkast2
hit the enter key - if you get a 'Not Found' error try
DIR D:\outkast2
or
DIR E:\outkast2
The drive letter in use when you find the folder will need to be substituted (for<drive>) into the following command...
XCOPY <drive>:\outkast2 <drive>:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h
run the command (it should take almost no time)and when the prompt return, type
EXIT
and hit the Enter key to exit Command Prompt - reboot to Normal Mode Windows.
Now run SFC /SCANNOW in an Elevated Command Prompt
then reboot and upload the new CBS.log file to your SkyDrive Public folder, and post a new link
Also run a new MGADiag report, and post the result.
