How to reinstall downloaded updates after WindowsReinstall ?

Hi ! I just want to reinstall my Windows 7 because it became slow since I installed so many apps. But I don't want to waste my time redownloading windows updates because I've downloaded it already and don't know where are those .

Hello Lovus,

If you like, the tutorial below can show you how to download the MSU files (if available) for each Windows Update to use to reinstall them with instead of re-downloading the updates each time.

Windows Update - Download Standalone MSU Installer File

Hope this helps,
Shawn

Hi Brink . What I mean is "The downloaded update through Windows Update" which is located at "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download" .

Can I reinstall updates using them ?

If I can, how to reinstall them ?

There's nothing really to seek. You pretty much need to download the MSU files, and save them somewhere safe to be able reinstall the Windows Updates whenever needed without having to re-download them again.
