    The installation is counterfeit.
The motherboard appears to eb a retail nVidia one - while the Key in use is from an Acer machine.

Is there a COA sticker on the case? If so, for what version and edition of Windows is it valid??
Excuse me 323526 I just want to know how Noel picked that up as I took it to be an EVGA board in a custom build. So just where did you pick thta up Noel please?

The MGADiag report and the MSINFO declare the board as
    <SYSTEM><Manufacturer>NVIDIA</Manufacturer><Model>132-CK-NF79</Model></SYSTEM>
    and
    System Manufacturer: NVIDIA
    System Model: 132-CK-NF79

    respectively
Acer always have their name and model number in the appropriate places.

Whether the board is EVGA or direct nVidia is basically irrelevant - the important thing as far a MGA is concerned is that it isn't Acer :)

i bought this computer second hand off of craigslist, he said it was custom built and it was working fine until a couple days ago... Does this mean I have to buy an actual version of windows?

Unless there's a COA sticker on the case, yes - the guy defrauded you.
It's an unfortunately common scenario buying computers off Craigslist or eBay.
