If a clean boot is going to be use I highly recommend using this from the Forum Tutorial.

You don't have to go off this Forum to fix or learn how to do such things.

I'm not a update and activation expert. I was just trying to not let you get misguided and going to someones blog ect. for your help.
Just hang in there, some one will be by to help.
While we are waiting for a expert this will probably help our experts when you post it.

Hi, Error 0x80070003 means The specified path couldn't be found - ALLUSERSPROFILE Microsoft network dir doesn’t exist.

To Fix this, download the Service Pack 1 from Microsoft Download Center and manually install the service pack. Usually this resolves the issue.

Note: Make sure you disable all unnecessary application from running on the background first to avoid conflict.

    My pleasure to help! :)

Norton may be keeping you from getting SP1 installed.
