Popup states i'm not running genuine windows

I've tried everything I know of, and have even had two separate chat sessions with Microsoft support, giving them control of my computer to fix the problem. Both times they did pretty much the same thing of trying to reinstall it by typing in the product key again, which goes through and the window says that my windows is active and genuine. But then a few hours pass and the popup returns, which I have copied and attached to this post.

Add-on...

I have followed the instructions of NoelDP in a separate post to get more information to help. (from This computer is not running Genuine Windows)

I ran a full CHKDSK and SFC scan. Error message stated "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them."

The compressed CBS.log is attached to this post.

And here is the newest MGADiag report:

And I'm not sure if this is related but, my computer isn't recognizing any Apple product I plug into it. I was on the phone with an Apple support person for 2 to 3 hours last week and he couldn't fix the issue, I was wondering if the issues might be intertwined somehow.

This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers -

Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers
try downloading and installing them from here - http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=21730

(you want the iata_enu.exe download)

Once complete, please reboot twice, then post another MGADiag report.

I wouldn't know for a few more hours, it pops up randomly once or twice a day. If I see another one I'll come back on here, but if that fixed it thank you so much!

Oh and do you think that problem had anything to do with the Apple issue I mentioned above?

Very likely - it will also have prevented Windows Updates and a number of other things functioning properly.
