KB2724197 Keeps Installing, No New Updates Since

KB2724197 - a 15KB update - constantly pops up as a new update on my Windows Update, despite having been installed several times. I have had no new updates now for some weeks, only this 15kb one shows up. I have downloaded the standalone version and used that, and tried to install it without my AV software running, but it still persists. It does not show up in the list of installed updates in Programs & Features.

Can you help ?

Please do NOT use the cleanup utility - it is known to break things! (which is why MS withdrew it)

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data.

After rebooting I suddenly had 43 new security updates to download !!

It's always a good idea to get diagnostics first - you wouldn't want to be treated for a wart, when you have melanoma, would you?
