| | Windows 7 Build 7601 This Copy of Windows is not Genuine Unexpectedly one day I received a message box that stated that I didn't have a genuine version of windows and to "get genuine now" or "ask me later". Then at the bottom of my screen, the thread title is what appears. Since that has appeared, I have also noted extreme slowness across the device. Maybe something happened with an update that came in 11/20/2012? I discovered this forum and am hopeful that there is a fix that will restore genuine windows. Here is the MGADiag Report: Code:

I've uploaded a file - NWSVCProfile.zip - to my SkyDrive at https://skydrive.live.com/#cid=93673...8FCEB92F%21526 Please download and save it to your desktop. Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all... Save it to the default location This should create a file NWSVCProfile.reg right-click on the file, and select Merge Accept the warnings, - you should then get a 'Success' message. Close all windows, and reboot. Run another MGADiag report, and post the results. |
