Windows 7: My laptop is having issues with Windows Updates..

Please accept my apologies if I cast doubt on finding a solution to the issue. As I said, Noel has far more experience in this, and many other areas, than I have.

It seems as though WU is updating ok - sometmes it just takes WU a 2nd try to resolve, as you mentioned here:

Tuesday might have some updates (normal shedule) or it might not. Post what you observe.
