My laptop is having issues with Windows Updates..

    Please accept my apologies if I cast doubt on finding a solution to the issue. As I said, Noel has far more experience in this, and many other areas, than I have.

    It seems as though WU is updating ok - sometmes it just takes WU a 2nd try to resolve, as you mentioned here:

    My laptop was able to download and install the latest updates that came out today. Thanks.
