    Windows Update failed - code error 8000ffff


    hello
    about a month I have a problem with the updates of windows 7 professional 32 bit. When I turn on the PC, Windows tries to install an update, it hangs at 35% and the pc restarts 3 times before using it.
    after, if I click on search updates, I have error code 8000ffff. I tried microsoft fixit but I have not resolved.

    this is the file of MGA. please help me.. I'm going crazy...

    Open Regedit, - File - Export - save to desktop ( creates backup of your current registery

    Then locate and remove:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\COMPONENTS\PendingXmlIdentifier
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\COMPONENTS\NextQueueEntryIndex
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\COMPONENTS\AdvancedInstallersNeedResolving
    Reboot - then check for updates.

    specialdo - please use System Restore to get back to a time before you deleted those registry entries. (if you can!)
