Can not see details about important update

Hello everyone,

I have an problem with my Windows 7 Professional 64 bit system. My problem is similar to this thread but since it's old and one poster mentioned "do not necro-post" I decided to make a new thread.

OK, so I have a problem. When prompt to install an important update, I want to know what I am installing. So I click onto details. This image pops up.
. This problem occurs on other system also but I have rule out the Internet as an issue. I have tried with mobile broadband, direct connection to the modem, tethering with my iPhone (I got it when I worked for Apple sex months) and my Android (sorry, no Windows phone yet, they are too expensive considering my needs)

I am running a Windows 7 Professional 64 bit operating system on a home-built system that has this specification.
Motherboard:
ASRock G41M-GS3
CPU:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 2MB Cache 1 860 MHz X2 FSB @ 1066 MHz
RAM:
8 GB DDR2
GPU:
AMD Radeon HD 5450 or 6350 (the box says 5450 and the AMD update says 6350)

Any thoughts on troubleshooting?

Kind regards
Winky7

It's seems my picture did not work that well from SkyDrive. Here is a link from my Dropbox instead.
