Windows 7: Windows Update, Code 8024402F

Hello, i have a problem with my pc and i can't solve it.

My laptop is Toshiba Satellite A505-S6970.

I made format my laptop 2 days ago and after i made the first updates i discover an error:

Windows could not search for new updates

Error found:

Code 8024402F

I tried the Microsoft Fix it but nothing change.

Can you give me a solution for this?

Open Windows Update
Click on Change Settings
Select 'Never Update...'
Click OK
exit Windows Update
Now open Windows update again
Click on Change Settings
Select 'Update automatically'
Click OK
exit Windows Update
Open Windows Update, and do a manual Check for Updates.

I did it but nothing change!

I believe that i made everything that it was required and i attached two files.

Both CheckSUR and CBS/SFC logs are clear of significant problems.

I did it a lot of times but nothing changed!
