    Hi - and welcome :)

Your CheckSUR report shows the following errors...
    Code:
    Unavailable repair files:
     servicing\packages\WUClient-SelfUpdate-Core-AdmComp~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~zh-CN~7.6.7600.256.mum
     servicing\packages\WUClient-SelfUpdate-Core-AdmComp~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~zh-CN~7.6.7600.256.mum
     servicing\packages\WUClient-SelfUpdate-Core-UIComp~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~zh-CN~7.6.7600.256.mum
     servicing\packages\WUClient-SelfUpdate-Core-AdmComp~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~zh-CN~7.6.7600.256.cat
     servicing\packages\WUClient-SelfUpdate-Core-AdmComp~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~zh-CN~7.6.7600.256.cat

The CBS log shows no direct errors in the SFC part - but does show a number of other errors, most of which appear to be to do with the Windows Update self-update.
Hopefully repairing the above files will also allow the rest of the self-update to function properly.

The problem is that I don't have a copy of the appropriate files - and I can't find out where to acquire them.
I'll ask someone for the proper link, and either they or I will get back to you.

Many thanks, Noel. I am looking forward to the repair file and hopefully it will fix the self-update problem.
    Again, thanks.

    I've uploaded a file - bjjaa.zip - to my SkyDrive at Noel's SkyDrive
    Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder bjjaa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be one folder inside it (Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

The run another SFC /SCANNOW, and post the new CBS log file.

thanks, Noel. First, my Packages folder isn't under Temp folder, but I found it directly under windows folder. And then I tried to do what you told me to do, but even I tried to use Administor, windows doesn't allow me to copy files into it.

The Packages folder should only be under the Temp folder - the one in Windows\servicing is the one that the CheckSUR tool puts the files into when it runs

Are you perhaps using a Cleaner tool of some description to empty Temp folders at boot or shutdown? - turn it off, and run CheckSUR again, then see if the folder now exists.

Noel, I run CheckSUR again, but under Temp folder, package folder is not back.

I am using Microsoft provided Windowsupdate diagcab, and attached automatic files generated by the software.

Please run the following commands and post the results.

    REG QUERY HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Environment /S
    REG QUERY "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Volatile Environment" /S
    REG QUERY "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment"
