Win 7 32 Update error 800B0100

I've came across the error (error code: 800b0100) and can't update my windows, tired to solve the problem with Windowsupdate diagcab and install Windows 6.1KB947821.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT? MANY THANKS!

The CBS log shows no direct errors in the SFC part - but does show a number of other errors, most of which appear to be to do with the Windows Update self-update.
Hopefully repairing the above files will also allow the rest of the self-update to function properly.

The problem is that I don't have a copy of the appropriate files - and I can't find out where to acquire them.
I'll ask someone for the proper link, and either they or I will get back to you.

I've uploaded a file - bjjaa.zip - to my SkyDrive at Noel's SkyDrive
Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder bjjaa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be one folder inside it (Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

The run another SFC /SCANNOW, and post the new CBS log file.

thanks, Noel. First, my Packages folder isn't under Temp folder, but I found it directly under windows folder. And then I tried to do what you told me to do, but even I tried to use Administor, windows doesn't allow me to copy files into it.

The Packages folder should only be under the Temp folder - the one in Windows\servicing is the one that the CheckSUR tool puts the files into when it runs

Are you perhaps using a Cleaner tool of some description to empty Temp folders at boot or shutdown? - turn it off, and run CheckSUR again, then see if the folder now exists.

I am using Microsoft provided Windowsupdate diagcab, and attached automatic files generated by the software.
