@jithoos, sorry but I'm really just an usual user but not that kind of expert. I don't have the know-how to go through log files that's why I was here and later with the MS guy. You can open your own thread and I believe experts here will reply you and try to help you.
I can give you the steps I got to replace the COMPONENT hive. I don't know if this will work because I haven't tried it yet.
1. Boot the working system in WinRE.
2. To do so you need to boot the system using Windows 7 (x86) installation media.
3. Click on ‘Repair your computer’ at the left bottom corner.
4. You may have to select language and then click next.
5. This will take you to ‘System Recovery Options’
6. Select ‘Command Prompt’.
7. The prompt will be at ‘X:\Sources\>’
8. Type ‘notepad’.
9. Navigate to ‘My Computer’ > ‘C:\Windows\System32\Config>’.
10. Attach a flash drive to the system.
11. Now copy ‘Component’ hive from C:\Windows\System32\Config to the flash drive.
12. Remove the flash drive.
13. Now boot the impacted system in WinRE as you did above.
14. Once you select ‘Command Prompt’, the prompt will be at ‘X:\Sources\>’
15. Type ‘notepad’.
16. Navigate to ‘My Computer’ > ‘C:\Windows\System32\Config>’.
17. Rename ‘Component’ to ‘Component.old’
18. Plug-in the flash drive to the impacted system.
19. Copy the ‘Component’ hive from the flash drive and paste it in ‘C:\Windows\System32\Config’.
20. Close the window and restart the system.
21. Once the system boots up, run checksur (KB 947821 : All supported x86-based versions of Windows 7).
22. Once done, launch ‘Command Prompt’ as an ‘Administrator’.
23. Type SFC /SCANNOW and hit enter.
24. Once the tool completes its operation, restart the system.
25. Once the system boots up, try to install KB 2799494.
Hope this helps
