    Hi - and welcome :)

    That's a lot of problems!
I make it 53 for a first fix - and almost certainly more to come later.

This will take some time - and may not work at the end because of other factors which the CheckSUR tool doesn't cover.

Back in about an hour, if I'm lucky - tomorrow, if not.

    I've uploaded a file - tccaa.zip - to my SkyDrive at Noel's SkyDrive
    Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder tccaa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be two folders inside it (Manifests, and Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

And the content of the manifests folder (.manifest files) into this folder:

    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file - please just attach the files to your reply, it makes it a lot easier to work with them!

Please create the folders in the proper places - the ones you found are heavily protected by the system, which is why we need to use CheckSUR to place the files there.

Are you using any kind of System cleanup utility? - either a registry cleaner or something that claims to 'optimise the system' at every boot?

OK - the CAT and MUM files were fixed - but none of the manifest files.

Are you sure that you placed the .manifest files directly in the C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSUR\Manifests folder?

Please post the results of the following command...

    DIR C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSUR\Manifests\wow64*.*
