    Sorry - thought I'd responded to this.
    That all looks normal to me, although the number of log files is rather high.

    I'm really out of ideas where to go next, so all I can suggest is a repair install - and if that fails, then a clean install.

    maybe there's something wrong with the log and cause that high ?

    Noel , lookslike no hope , so i want do Factory Reset (Recovery) can i backup my Files like that to my External HDD ? if can maybe i want do ASAP ... i want hear you opinion ~

    Solved the Problem by do Factory Reset, i don't think this is an solution, but i think this is the most easy way if find some problem like this , lololol. . . thanks for the help NoelDP at this Threads ...

    maybe this can help solving your problem
    my customer pc setup was standard setup, one thing i see my customer is using sierra wireless aircard 312u with generic wacther application.

    he also get this 4402C problem when trying update windows, so i check on his sierra watcher application
    , in option --> general section scroll down and you'll see windows update (allow over wireless wan connection (3g/4g) change to yes, and the unplug your modem then plug in again, hope that solve your problem.
