Noel I am no expert as you know and I don't know if it is of any use but that IP address could not be resolved whatever that means?

192.168.98.28 - IP. Detailed location, ISP and more info.

192.168.x.x is purely a private IP, and not a public one (most routers use 192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x addresses for the local domain)

    Wait for a while :)
Hopefully we'll get some more input.

Who is your Internet Service Provider?
What type of connection do your have? (direct Ethernet, 3G wireless, ADSL or what?)

My IP changes every time my 3G connection drops - which can me more than once per minute at times!

To be perfectly honest with you sle3 I don't know how they work it I just know that on different days I can get different IP addresses - when I can even get the ipconfig to work I usually just Google for it.
Just as an example one day my IP might be in one Sydney suburb or another and then then up on the mid north coast. It seems to me like a very convoluted set up to me.
