"This copy of window is not genuine" alert that's incorrect.

Hi I am having to type this w/on-screen k.b, as I have a virus or something. Some .dll (ntdll, NPPTools.dll etc) files causing faults, keyboard + some prgrms won"t work-keyboard does work, until windows starts.

Any advice from you guru's is greatly appreciated!

The licencing store may be corrupted. Please do the following:

    1. Click Start
    2. Type CMD into the 'Search programs and files' box
    3. Right-Click on CMD.exe and select Run as Administrator
    4. Type net stop sppsvc (It may ask you if you are sure, select yes)
Note the Software Protection service may not be running, this is ok.
    5. Type cdwindir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform and hit enter
    6. Type rename tokens.dat tokens.bar and hit enter
    7. Type cd %windir%\system32 and hit enter
    8. Type net start sppsvc and hit enter
    9. Type slui.exe and hit enter
    10. After a couple of seconds Windows Activation dialog will appear. You may be asked to re-activate and/or re-enter your product key, or Activation may occur automatically.
    11. Now create a new MGADiag report and post it in your next reply

Nah, Golden - I suspect that it's at least partly to do with the Proxy that's set up. :)

What other AV's have EVER been installed?

The ony two solutions that I found that worked were a System Restore, and a repair install :)
    The Licensing Store Repair failed
