Let's grab a load of data
Please follow the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions and post the SF BSOD Tool results (in this thread )
we may see something there to tell us what's wrong.

MSINFO32 shows the following error for the drive - Failure using VxD loader

The error logs show that you have been using Tune-Up Utilities with AVG - and PC-Doctor is running at startup. - and MBAM seems also to be running. Not a very good combination!

You've also got a huge number of WU failures going back to January

Norton Backup is installed - was Norton AV installed at some point?
You have the Ask Toolbar installed.

You have a number of print jobs stuck in the waiting tray.

Sticking to the DVD problem (at least for the moment) How to Fix Code 19 | eHow.com will probably help

Thanks so much -lets start with the DVD and ill do the code19.
How do I clean it up? I would like to get rid of the AVH tune up and PC Doctor - don't want them - don't know what MBAM is or WU failures.

Norton came with the computer but I never used it. Thought I got rid of the ask toolbar-would like to do that too.

OK
Open Programs & Features and get the installed programs listing

Look in there for the Ask Toolbar - Uninstall it.
Uninstall the Norton Backup application, and Norton (or Symantec) Live Update if they are installed.

PC Doctor may be a part of your HP tools install - or it may be listed there as well.

AVG Tune-up is I think a mostly optional extra for AVG itself - it doesn't run unless you ask it to
However, TuneUp Utilities is a program of its own (from Uniblue I think?) and should have its own entry in the Programs listing.

Once you have everything out, reboot twice.
Then run the Norton Removal Tool to get rid of the rubbish it leaves behind.

Download theNorton Removal Tool from here https://www-secure.symantec.com/norton-support/jsp/help-solutions.jsp?lg=english&ct=united+states&docid=20080710133834EN&product=home&version=1&pvid=f-home

Close all otherprograms, then run the tool. When it's complete, reboot the machine whether it asks for it or not.

Afterthe reboot, open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following command

NETSH WINSOCK RESET

You'llbe advised to reboot - do so.
