    i did and everytime it keeps saying the code that is under my battery is invalid, i called to activate it and they said the system id is not recognizable in their system

    its confusing because when i run the diagnostics the activation code is the same as what i put in but when i put it in it says its invalid

    What 'diagnostic' are you referring to?

    Where did you get the installation from originally? How was it installed?

    the diagnostics report i put up first, and the os came already on the computer. the company i bought the computer form put it on for me

    It appears that they never activated it for you --- exactly what error message do you get when you try to activate online?

    well it wont let me activate online, when i prompts me to activate everytime i boot up the only thing it says to activate throught automated phone, activate now, and buy new code online
