Windows could not complete the installation.

Hello, I need some help with factory restoring my computer, I was having a few issues with it before so I though ill do a factory restore, everything was fine till it said "Setup is starting services", shortly after it said that it came up with an error message saying "Windows could not complete the installation. To install windows on this computer, restart the installation." So there for I restarted my computer but it still keeps coming up with the same error message every time? I've restarted it about 7 times and it still keeps coming up with the same error message? The computer didn't come with a recovery disk and the make and model is: "Acer Aspire X3470"

have you tried ALT+F10 at start up to enter the recovery partition and try the factory restore again. it looks like it may have failed the first time.
