Dear Golden,

Thanks for the information.

as you mentioned, i have un-installed the office fully. but i cant do the windows update. when i try to do the windows update am always getting "Windows Explorer has stopped working" pls refer the attached screenshot.

still am having the same issues.

Pls suggest me to proceed furuther

Dear Golden,

i have download the file and update the windows..

i like to convey one good news. 1 issue has been fixed in the out of 2. now i dont see any windows update icons in the tool bar.

but still i cant open the control panel etc...

Dear Noels,

i have gone thru the given URL, and download the "windows update" and install it and ran [as mentioned it in the site].

during run, i got an error message. pls refer the attachment. so i can't proceed further.

Query:
in your last post, you have mentioned like "post the requested data" . it means, whether i need to send my problem in details ? or need to send the result of the "MGADiag"
