I just asked NoelDP to take a look and help us out . Don't know why you don't have access to upload that file . When you have admin rights .

The CBS.log file is pretty much permanently in use by the System account, and so cannot usually be opened directly - you have to COPY it to somewhere accessible (usually the desktop) to be able to read the copy, or be able to upload it

LOL! it's been so long since you ran the SFC that the results are now in one of the CBS.persist.xxxxx.cab files - please upload the latest two such files.

I found them, how do I send them? In a zip? It said I couldn't upload that type of file.

Same place as the CBS.log file - these you can upload directly, though, as they aren't in use, and are already compressed.
    e.g.
    C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\Cbspersist.1234567890123456.cab

Hmmm- I though you could upload CAB files? - in that case, zip them
