    I think my issue is solved now. Tried different solutions from different sites.
    NoelDP one of your suggestions worked for me. In one of the posts you pointed about bad Intel Rapid Storage drivers - by the way that link does not work anymore. Anyway, I download latest drivers from Intel, installed and it still did not help. I downloaded Intel drivers from Dells support site and during install I got message that drivers that I have newer those that I want to install but I let it continue. Now I don't get that message about genuine windows for the last 3-4 days.

    There is no indication of any problem with the IRST drivers in your log - was that run after you updated the drivers?

    Looks like I created report after I ran drivers update. I tried so many things that did not help. I'm happy that now everything back to normal and I'm not getting that pop-up.
