This computer is not running genuine Windows - Error: 0x8004fe21

I have Dell XPS 8500 running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit without any issues since December 2012.
In the beginning of April I start getting this pop-up saying about genuine Window. Tried to google for some solution with no luck.
Please, let me know if there any way to fix it. Thank you.

Hello Akhriste, welcome to the Seven Forums.

Yes, there is an easy fix: buy a valid, legal copy of Windows. Your's is counterfeit, pirated.

I'm intrigued by this one - the indications are that the machine shipped with Windows 8 'theoretically' installed - but may have had Windows 7 Pro actually installed as a downgrade. (it's common enough).

So far as I am aware, such machines cannot have Ultimate installed - but I'm prepared to be persuaded otherwise.

    @akhriste
Please explain the source of your computer in detail, since the report shows no problems with activation.

ALL Dell machines with Ultimate pre-installed use that Key.

    OK.

I am confused, though, as this key can be found in so many sites offering "Free Windows Keys".

    Thank you guys.
Kari, I'm also confused why this is happening.
I bought it from Costco - Dell XPS 8500 Desktop, Intel® Core .
It came with Windows 8 pre-installed. Costco provides their own Tech Support.
Since I needed to run VPN on my machine and our company can run it only with Cisco client on Windows 7 I contacted their support and asked if my pc can be downgraded.
Two days later I received dvd from them by Fedex that I used to for reinstalling os.
I had no issues for a few months and vpn is working fine.
NoelDP, hope you'll help we to solve this one.

As I said earlier, there's no problem with activation, according to the report, and it validated successfully on 26th April.

What exactly are you seeing that makes you think otherwise?
