Fatal error C*000000034 when starting a computer

This sounds a bit complicated to me. How do I enter Windows RE, the only option I have is Repair your computer. I've looked at this too and it sounded complicated to me then.

It's because of the error. I've searched for solution and the one that Microsoft suggested was saving script.vbs and running in command prompt. I've tried system restore and it wasn't successfull. This is what they suggested but command prompt didn't find the file.

I'm no expert but shutting down your computer when installing SP-1 is a No No. If I remember correctly SP-1 Update gives a caution relating to that.
I do not understand what a usb has to do with installing SP-1.
You could try going to a restore point before the attempted Update and then do a Windows Update again. It will take about a hour if I remember correctly. I also recommend staying with the computer while it is downloading and installing just in case it ask for your input. Don't do anything else on the computer unless Windows instructs you to. No browsing, Youtube, or torrents ect running in the background.

I do not have previous system restores, the only one is with SP1 included.

I've already solved the issue.
