Windows update failure error code 8007007e

When i try installing Kernel-Mode Driver Framework version 1.11 update for Windows 7 it always fails and gives me an error 8007007e and i honestly dont know what to do. I've been googling aroudn the internet and everything either didn't work or didn't make sense to me and i'm not a tech geek or even near that, so i really need some help.

i am unable to upload my cbs.zip aswell because it exceeds the max mb.

Why can't you post CBS.zip?? max size is:
zip 8.30 MB

Is only cbs.log in it or more? Make 2 zip's or rar's. Or post to dropbox/skydrive or whatever

sfc/scannow gave no integrity errors?
