Windows 7 Pro x64, cannot upgrade to IE10

Ok, there is no error, windows update says "successful" but I am still on IE9 and windows update prompts me to install it again.

It gets all the way to rebooting, to the very last parts and then fails and says it is reverting changes.

Tried running the SURT and the the scan. Attached CBS logs.

Hello and welcome jtp mate download and save to Downloads (I keep mine on the desktop for easy access - type downloads in search right click and save to desktop)
Now as I was saying download the IE10 from Download Internet Explorer 10 - Download Internet Explorer 10 and save to downloads.

Do the same with IE9 (just in case) Download Internet Explorer 9 from Official Microsoft Download Center there is an option for 9.

Then uninstall IE9 and run the IE10 from Downloads - this worked for me just recently.

Tried that and still getting the same problem. Reboots and gets through almost everything then just says it failed and reverts the changes.

Ran the hotfix and the sfc scan again, attached new CBS logs if it helps.

You have a huge number (486) of missing Deployment Keys in the registry - all to do with Internet Explorer 9.

You have also been using an older version of the CheckSUR tool - please download the latest version and run a new scan, posting the new CheckSUR.log file. I have no idea whether it will change the result, but it may.
