STOP: 0x0000007В : How To Fix STOP 0x0000007B Errors (INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE)
It's a harddisk driver that's faulty or missing. Most of the time when switchin from IDE to AHCI mode in bios. Or you need a special SATA driver which isn't installed yet.

All of this is ridiculous in this case. I think many thing are corrupt and that's why it can't find/load the sata driver.

Why not simply enable system restore points? Install 5 updates.... test if system is still stable. If not do a "system restore". install updates 1 by 1 after system restore. So you know which update caused it!

Finally I implemented the procedure from the article mentioned above and got System Restore Points functionality working! BY the way the renewed link to the package mentioned their is http://www.pwrusr.com/wp-content/uploads/System Restore V2.zip

Now I will install the updates as you've advised.

How many updates have to be installed?
Write down which updates you installed.

First do top 10%, reboot. system working?
Do the same trick again and again, untill you know the faulty batch of patches.
Do a system restore and skip that batch of patches but do the other patches.
Try to install as much as possible

What patch(es) causes the problem?

Actually a lot of updates have been already installed in the restored system that is luckily stable. So not that much have to be installed:

7 important:

Windows Internet Explorer 9 for Windows Server 2008 R2 for xrj4-based Systems 35.5 MB

and 2 optional:
Internet Explorer 10 for Windows Server 2008 R2 forx64-based Systems 69,1MB
Kyocera Mita Corporation - Printers - Kyocera TASKalfa 300i KX 21,5 MB

The following have already been installed today:

Now, yes. All updates installed, system seems to be stable. I'm checking it with sfc /scannow and SUR checker.

If everything is ok I will proceed with .Net framework 3.5 and 4.0 and all their updates.

Either the problem is deep inside and waiting for some trigger or we got round it successfully somehow.
