    Problem with installing updates

So i was turning off my HP dv6 laptop with Windows 7 and when it said Installing "Windows updates 1 of 121" i left the area where the pc was. And some hours later i came to check and it said "Installing Windows updates 21 of 121" so when i saw that i left again and came back later after some minutes. And when i was there it was stuck on "Installing Windows updates 21 of 121" i don't know what to do and im a bit worried please help.

Image of it (yes its norwegian)

It does sound like it's stuck.

Turn the machine off at the socket for a couple of minutes, and then try powering up again - with any luck it will either revert back, or continue the installs.

    Ouch!

Same procedure then - but this time, do NOT shut down (after the reboot), try a System Restore back to before the problem started.
Once rebooted, switch off automatic updates completely, until the problem is solved.

    Then
Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data
