Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.

I had already downloaded and used the SURT in my journey of struggles to fix this. However, I ran it again, tried to re-install the updates and received the same errors, 80070017 and for an optional update to Win 7 platforms a 9C57.
I tried to run the SFC/Scannow, but it stopped at 11% and got the following message "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested information."
I attached a CBS zip folder.

The SFC error was caused by the following....

I think that all that means is that there is disk corruption.

Please run a full CHKDSK and SFC scan....

Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories
Right-click on the Command Prompt entry
Select Run as Administrator and accept the UAC prompt - the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up.

    At the Command prompt, type

    CHKDSK C: /R

    and hit the Enter key.
You will be told that the drive is locked,
and the CHKDSK will run at he next boot - hit the Y key, press Enter, and then reboot.

The CHKDSK will take a few hours depending on the size of the drive, so be patient!

After the CHKDSK has run, Windows should boot normally (possibly after a second auto-reboot) -
    then run the SFC.

SFC -System File Checker - Instructions
Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories
Right-click on the Command Prompt entry
Select Run as Administrator and accept the UAC prompt - the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up.

    At the Command prompt, type

    SFC /SCANNOW

    and hit the Enter key

Wait for the scan to finish - make a note of any error messages - and then reboot.

Copy the CBS.log file created (C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log) to your desktop (you can't manipulate it directly) and then compress the copy and attach it to your reply

Post a new MGADiag report with details of any error messages encountered.

    Noel,
the chkdsk went well. When the pc restarted I did not have 18 updates to install. There was only one new one and I installed that one and there were no issues. The sfc/scannow said it did fix some files but was not able fix all of them. With your help, I would like to resolved that issue as well.
I have attached a new CBS zip folder.

Noel is off line at the present.
    Just a friendly reminder.
I would just like to mention that sfc /scannow should be run 3 times with a boot after each time.
    Happy computing.

    - because there may be stuff that needs more than one pass to fix :)

The CBS.log file is missing from your upload - please upload it separately

    The CheckSUR log is clear.
