Minimum req'ts to grab SP1 from Windows Update?

guys I'm doing a re/fresh install on a amd a10-4600m unit which ain't easy as so many things are not installable at beginning. what I need to know is: in order to trigger SP1 to show up in windows update, what of all these hundreds of updates is actually prerequisite ?

that's what I was thinking, then after some other thing I did it showed up in the windows update laundry list.
all done now except for one recalcitrant device...

BSOD every night, forgot to grab error code.
