Windows 7 service pack 1 problem

hello all,

i have a problem with downloading and installing the windows 7 service pack 1. After installing i get always a message that the installation failed. Sometimes the path isn't found, sometimes i get another error message (like this one: fout 800B0100)
Here can you find a log file: ReportingEvents.log downloaden

i already tried: System Update Readiness Tool, but this didn't work
i also downloaded and tried to install manually the service pack 1 ( KB2647753) but this also didn't work

The following errors have been highlighted by the CheckSUR report...
Code:
Checking Component Store
(f) CSI Missing Winning Component Key 0x00000000 x86_policy.9.0.microsoft.vc90.crt_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_9.0.21022.8_none_60a5df56e60dc5df
(f) CSI Missing Winning Component Key 0x00000000 x86_microsoft.vc90.crt_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_9.0.21022.8_none_bcb86ed6ac711f91
There appear to be no SFC problems - and the rest of the CBS.log file is clear (I'll check more detail after we fix the CheckSUR problems)

I'll see what I can do later with the above problems - I don't have time at the moment (at work)

I *think* this may easiest be solve by uninstalling the Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable package(s), and then reinstalling it, and updating it.

Please first attempt uninstalling (from the Program listings) all items with Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable in the name (ignore the 2005/2010 etc versions)

Once complete, reboot, and then reinstall the main package from http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=29 and reboot again.

Post a new CheckSUR scan result, and we'll see how it looks then.

That usually means that the file is too big. Did you compress it first?
