    Hi Navaz,
    why did you run slmgr?
That report looks odd did you run it in safe mode
Have you ever updated this comp??
    Please download and install KB971033.
then rerun the report, in normal mode.

I used slmgr -rearm to fix the windows not genuine issue and it did though after sometime the error message reappeared I tried using slmgr -rearm again but I had exceeded the maximum rearms allowed. I then went in and changed the rearm value from 0 to 1. after that I tried using slmgr -rearm again and this time it said successful but once I restarted computer the error built 7601 windows not genuine was still there. also regarding the report above no I was not in safe mode. But OMG my apologies I just realized I did this on the wrong computer I will run the diagnostic on the correct computer and post it.

That's the default key in your report above,

    TMVMJ-BBMRX-3MBMV

If you are out of rearms, you have to reinstall to start them over.

Or just use a valid key to activate instead.

    Hi Navaz,
Your comp is showing as Asustek but with an American Megatrends motherboard, did you swap it out at some stage, and your HDD for an SSD.
If you did, then MS has noticed the changes, hence the non genuine notice.

You can Activate it via Control Panel >> system >> click on change product key, input your key thats on the sticker either on the bottom of the lappy or in the battery compartment. DO NOT PUBLISH IT.
You will more than likely have to phone activate, it will tell you.

Not sure if you have used another key, as the report is showing an advisory for an Ultimate retail key.
If your lappy did NOT come with Ultimate then that sticker key will NOT work, and you will have to use a genuine Ultimate key or reinstall your original OS and use the OEM sticker key.

    Roy

Note you may also need to install KB971033.

My understanding a Default key can not be used for activation.

This is a Default key from the log.

    Windows Product Key: *****-*****-TMVMJ-BBMRX-3MBMV
Default Key Cannot Be Used For Activation

Win 7 OEM Product key invalid
