Windows Validated and Updater is no longer working, programs disabled

There's a multitude of issues currently. The only thing I can think of was when I was adding mods to New Vegas from newvegas.nexusmods.com. I didn't realize how bad things were until I attempted to download something and it said it had a virus and deleted it automatically, so I ran Microsoft Security Essentials, an it says Windows cannot access the desired path, and that I may not have permission to use it. From there I tried to redownload/install MSE, unfortunately its detected as a virus and deleted. I managed to get Chrome on my computer, and it seems like its only IE that's not allowing downloads. Unfortunately I cannot uninstall MSE, and when I try to reinstall it says I have a newer copy.

I sort of ignored it, not wanting to try and deal with this, so I just DL'd AVG free edition and put it out of my mind, getting used to inept windows programming. But today when I logged in I started getting popups saying windows is not genuine, and that's when I found out my updater didn't work either.

Here is a copy of my MGA Diag.

This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers -

Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers
try downloading and installing them from here - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=22194

    (you want the iata_enu.exe download)

Once complete, please reboot twice, then post another MGADiag report.

My apologies. Its ASRock z68 extreme 4.

Also, I found my windows key, went to computer, right clicked, and I have no option to activate, which reaffirms, to me anyways, that it was something in one of the mods I was downloading for a game.

The board already comes with the v10.8 IRST drivers, so you may need to update to the latest ones....

If they fail, then there's another couple of things we can try.

Compatible... now my firewall is shut down, and can't reactivate. This is getting annoying.
