They should have emailed you the key.

Did you download it from dreamspark?

You can also buy some more time before required activation with a valid key by ReArming up to 3 times for 30 days each.

ReArm_Activation_period

slmgr.vbs -dlv
slmgr -rearm

No, not Dreamspark. It was a third-party that the company deals with for this sort of stuff. The name of which totally eludes me right now

I think speaking to work on Monday will be the most fruitful action to take. Without a new key I'm going nowhere with this but at least I have 30 days to sort it out. Although that's quite possibly not enough time given my work's rate of pace...

I don't think so, no. I seem to recall it began with a "K" and it rang no bells with me. They used some foul download manager to get the images, hang on I'll pull the binary apart and look for a string that names them if it's there.

Kivuto Solutions Inc. | Digital Distribution. Simplified. is the company in question. Thank goodness for hex editors!

The page does actually state there should be a key but my company's site does not. I'll have to take this up with them.

Many thanks for all your help.

From the FAQ: I did a custom install to switch from my 32-bit Vista Business to 64-bit Windows 7 Professional. Everything I've ever read, including the FAQ quoted above, says a clean install is the only way for that to happen. I did that, yet it somehow retained all of my old files...
