    Check and see if your COA sticker on the case is still readable - especially the Product Key.

    If that Key is readable you can reinstall from the downloaded media - if not, then you may have to go back to ex-factory state.

    can i choise custom installation not upgrade installation? because i didnt loose data in other prastion..

    Custom Install will result in needing to reinstall ALL your applications, and recover your data.
    Upgrade install should keep your applications and data intact.

My HP Pavilion dv6 laptop suddenly has decided Windows is not Genuine. I put in the number on the bottom of the laptop and it says it is verified and good.
