    Check and see if your COA sticker on the case is still readable - especially the Product Key.

    If that Key is readable you can reinstall from the downloaded media - if not, then you may have to go back to ex-factory state.

    can i choise custom installation not upgrade installation? because i didnt loose data in other prastion..

    Custom Install will result in needing to reinstall ALL your applications, and recover your data.
    Upgrade install should keep your applications and data intact.
