Unable to Update/Repair/Remove .Net Framework 4.5 Error Code 66A

hi, i am having an issue with updating the .Net Framework 4.5 from Windows Update. It gets an error code "Code 66A". So i decided to use the Setup file to repair or remove it from my computer and then reinstall again but then there are errors too. "fatel error during installation". ive installed SURT and also did the sfc scan but was still unable to update. The update file number is KB2833957. I've attached all the logs and files i think that can help.

The CBS.log is incomplete - please reboot, and post a new copy

CBS.log and CheckSUR.log files are clear of errors.
I suggest downloading and running the .NET cleanup tool from .NET Framework Cleanup Tool User's Guide - Aaron Stebner's WebLog - Site Home - MSDN Blogs and then reinstalling .NET 4.5

Sounds like you may have other problems

Boot to Safe Mode, and see if that's stable - if it is, try using a Clean Boot to get into Normal Mode....

    Try this....

This could be due to corruption in the SoftwareDistribution folder - the problem with that the conventional cure can lead to problems later on, if not handled properly, and you will lose your Update history (but the updates will still be installed, and viewable in the Installed Updates listing).

    Open an Elevated Command Prompt
    Run the following commands

    NET STOP WUAUSERV
    REN C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution SDOLD
    NET START WUAUSERV

    wait 15 minutes, and reboot
then wait 10 minutes, and open Windows Updates, and run a Check for Updates.

Install only the oldest update found - and reboot once installed
then go back to Windows updates and install the others.

    Please open Event Viewer
In the left pane, navigate to the Windows Logs
right-click on Applications and select 'Save all events as...' save as Apps.evtx
repeat for the System logs - save as Sys.evtx
Compress both files, and attach to your reply.
