NoelDP has much more experience and knowledge than I, pmr1990. Work with him and good things happen. I've heard/read great reviews about him. One thing you missed was the SURT program. With all due respect, "unable to find the software" does not equate to "Done everything as per the instructions". According to your FSS log, you're running Windows 7 Home Premium, 32 bit, so the software is here:

Download System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 (KB947821) [May 2013] from Official Microsoft Download Center

It's on the page that the posting instructions link to.

And the CBS log: When you try to copy (not move) the C:\Windows\Logs\CBS folder to the desktop as in the instructions, you should not be getting an "Access Denied" error. Even if I try to delete/move it, Windows still allows me to. Are you using a "limited user" account or an administrator account?

Yeah i missed the SURT program. The microsoft website didnt give me a link to download SURT at first. Thanks for the link. I did try SURT program. It gives me an error message. Screenshot attached in previous post.
And yes, i am using the administrator account. Trust me, i am getting an access denied error while i try to copy the CBS folder.

And my research on that error shows that points back to that Intel Storage driver again, especially if your HDD is over 700GB. They have released a new one since the OEM driver. Are you running version 9.6.0.1014?
