Where did you purchase this license? I'd hazard a guess at eBay? The license in use is an MSDN license which come with strict usage restrictions (businesses, developers, academic institutions etc.). It's a common scam: someone purchases a MSDN subscription (which comes with about 20 licenses, I think), then they sell them on individually on eBay and the likes which is against the terms of use. Your license will activate and everything will seem fine, then when Microsoft catch onto the scam they'll blacklist the keys and you're left in the scenario we have here, but the scammer will be long gone and will have probably set up a different eBay account to scam more people.

This is completely pointless, by the way If there is a replacement on the system, SFC will use it on the first run and perform the replacement there and then, or pend it to be done over a reboot. On very few occasions, further files can be fixed by performing a second SFC scan, after a reboot, but a third scan has no benefit whatsoever - the bottom line is, if a replacement doesn't exist on the system, it doesn't matter how many times you run SFC because it won't, and can't, repair the file. When SFC can fix a problem, and doesn't require input from a helper (like my SFCFix scripts), then just running one scan followed by a reboot will fix 99% of cases.
