Sorry for any inconvenience=(Yes, you right! the repair worked, at least I can run IE, before the fix, I couldn't! In Windows Update Cente I had the previous error (code 9c48). But I tried to install IE10 from stand alone installation file, and had system message that latest version of IE installed! So, maybe conflict is in versions of IE?

Hmmm - what does 'About Internet Explorer' show if you click on the 'cog' in the top right corner?

So IE10 is already installed - why are you trying to reinstall it?
What exactly shows in Windows Updates if you do a Check for Updates?

Well, the system is trying to install IE10, not me! The Windows Update shows the message that in attachment (so, its in russian, but I think the code of errror the same in all languages). I chose to update only IE 10, excepting the other updates.
